Circle City - Andrada Diaconescu

My name is Andrada Diaconescu and I am 15 years old. In the fall I will be a junior at Brownsburg High

School. I am also Lieutenant Governor for the Circle City Division (this includes Brownsburg, Avon,

Center Grove, Danville, Greenwood, Mooresville, and Plainfield) for the 2011-2012 year. I have been

involved in Key Club since my freshman year and have been treasurer of Key Club for the past year.

In addition to being an active member of Key Club, I am involved in Academic Super Bowl, Spell Bowl,

Quiz Bowl, Teen Council, and Spanish Club. I have also initiated and propagated several service learning

projects including "Art for the Heart," "Hats of Hope," and "Mission: Read." I enjoy reading, playing

piano, playing tennis, hanging out with my friends, listening to music, travelling, and of course Key

Club! From my first experience volunteering in my community, I loved every minute of it, and I hope

everybody has the same passion for helping others. This year I would like to get all the clubs in our

division closer and make sure that the neighborhood clubs get together more often. I would also like

to try doing some joint events so we can all meet other members and have a great time all at once. I

can't wait to meet each one of you and learn everything I can about your clubs. I'm looking forward to

working with you this year and I hope you will come to me with any questions.
