Farmland - Deepan Saravanan

 

 

I am Deepan Saravanan and I am the LTG of the Farmland Division. I live in Batesville, IN with my mom Viji Saravanan, my dad Sambanda Saravanan, and my younger brother Kavin Saravanan. From the names you can probably guess that we are from India; you are very correct!!! I came here when I was in the first grade and I have been here for nine years. Personally, I love it here though I do miss my friends and family who are at India; yet, I have also made great friends here from Key Club and the other activities that I am in. Mentioning activities, I am in Key Club (obviously...), Track and Field, Academic Team, and the Robotics club. In school I love my science and mathematics classes (I am not kidding; by the end of my high school career I would have taken eight science classes in which three of them are AP and ACP!!!). As for my college interests, I hope to go to Purdue or Rose-Hulman to major in a science, most preferably biochemistry or theoretical physics!! I also hope to be a Circle K member in college. My hobbies are biking, riding fearsome rides at theme parks, reading books which pertain to my interests, and playing video games! I am hoping for a great year as an LTG; wish me luck!!!!! (trust me i'll need it)
