Adult Administrator - Jeff Blasdel
Jeff grew up in a small town called Bright, Indiana. It is just across the state line from Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from East Central High School and 5 years later from Purdue University’s School of Pharmacy. Jeff started his working career with Hook’s Drugs and went from Pharmacist, to Asst. Manger, to Manager, and eventually District Manager. After sticking through three changes in ownership, Jeff eventually left what was by now CVS and decided to give Walgreen’s a try. He has been with Walgreen's for the past 12 years, and so far, the name is still the same. His wife for 33 years, Michelle, is a teacher at Southside Elementary in Columbus, where they have lived for the past 20 years. Jeff has 4 adult children, 2 boys and 2 girls. Their two sons live and work in Indianapolis, one daughter lives in Minneapolis and the other daughter in Muncie. Jeff also have 2 grandchildren with the ages of 7 and 10 who live in Muncie. Jeff has been involved in Kiwanis for 27 years and has been the Kiwanis advisor for Columbus East Key Club for the past 12 years.
