Fall Rallies

What is a Fall Rally?
A Fall Rally is an event conducted on a weekend day usually Saturday,
during the months of September and October. This year the
Indiana District of Key Club will conduct fi ve fall rallies, one in each
part of the state (Northwest, Northeast, Central, Southwest, and
Southeast). Key Clubs throughout the district are invited to participate.
Fall Rallies are informal, one day training events that focuses on
leadership, teamwork through group exercises and games, and
most of all Key Club education through workshops. Fall rallies are
created, produced, and organized by the Indiana District Board.
All Key Club members stand to gain by attending a Fall Rally. Club
Offi cers get ideas for icebreakers, learn how to work together more
effectively, and learn about their position as servant leaders.
Club members gain new friends, leadership skills, teamwork skills,
and a more thorough understanding of Key Club. Non-members
get their fi rst look at the hierarchy of Key Club, gain a better understanding
of the culture of our organization, and really get the feel
for how big and exciting Key Club really is. The informal and fun
atmosphere of the day also encourages club members, to bring
their Key Club Advisors so they too can receive training.
This fun filled day is a great time to invite ALL Kiwanis Family members
from K-Kids, Builders Clubbers, Key Clubbers, Kiwanis members,
Aktion Clubbers, and Golden K. Let one representative from each
branch of the family educate others about their organization.
