What is a Fall Rally?A Fall Rally is an event conducted on a weekend day usually Saturday,during the months of September and October. This year theIndiana District of Key Club will conduct fi ve fall rallies, one in eachpart of the state (Northwest, Northeast, Central, Southwest, andSoutheast). Key Clubs throughout the district are invited to participate.Fall Rallies are informal, one day training events that focuses onleadership, teamwork through group exercises and games, and
most of all Key Club education through workshops. Fall rallies arecreated, produced, and organized by the Indiana District Board.All Key Club members stand to gain by attending a Fall Rally. ClubOffi cers get ideas for icebreakers, learn how to work together moreeffectively, and learn about their position as servant leaders.Club members gain new friends, leadership skills, teamwork skills,and a more thorough understanding of Key Club. Non-membersget their fi rst look at the hierarchy of Key Club, gain a better understandingof the culture of our organization, and really get the feelfor how big and exciting Key Club really is. The informal and funatmosphere of the day also encourages club members, to bringtheir Key Club Advisors so they too can receive training.This fun filled day is a great time to invite ALL Kiwanis Family membersfrom K-Kids, Builders Clubbers, Key Clubbers, Kiwanis members,Aktion Clubbers, and Golden K.
