District Governor - Dylan Crosby

Picture

Hi Indiana District! My name is Dylan Crosby, and I am truly honored and excited to serve as your 2026–2027 Indiana District Governor. In this role, my main responsibilities are leading the Indiana District Board throughout the service year, communicating with leaders across the Indiana District and Kiwanis Family, introducing new initiatives and leading my Governor’s Project, and representing Indiana Key Club on the international level. I am incredibly excited for the opportunity to lead this district and serve alongside all of you.

One of the things I love most about this role is getting the chance to connect with so many different people across our district. As Governor, I have the opportunity to meet members, advisors, officers, and other leaders from clubs across Indiana and help bring our district closer together. I want every member to feel like they have a place within Indiana Key Club, regardless of what club they come from or what role they hold. I believe some of the most meaningful parts of Key Club come from the connections we make with one another, and I want to help create more opportunities for those connections throughout this service year.

A big goal of mine this year is to make our district feel more connected than ever before. I want to introduce new initiatives that bring clubs closer to the district, improve communication between clubs and their Lieutenant Governors, and create more opportunities for members to get involved beyond their individual clubs. I also want to focus on developing our Lieutenant Governors into confident and effective leaders who can support their clubs and inspire the next generation of servant leaders. Through more club visits, stronger communication, and opportunities to go Beyond the Club, I hope to create a district where every club feels supported, involved, and valued.

I deeply love the community that Key Club has created for me and the opportunity it gives us to give back to others. As a senior at Perry Meridian High School, Key Club has given me countless opportunities to grow as a leader, meet incredible people, and discover the importance of servant leadership. Some of my favorite memories in Key Club have come from simply being around other members, working together toward a common goal, and seeing the impact that our service can have. Those experiences have made me passionate about giving that same feeling of community and purpose to others across Indiana.

As your District Governor, I promise to stay connected, serve effectively, lead with purpose, and always put our members first. I want to make sure that your ideas are heard, your clubs are supported, and your service is recognized. I am beyond excited to see what we can accomplish together this year, and I truly believe the best parts of this service year are still ahead of us. Let’s make 2026–2027 a year to remember, Indiana District! Connect with me at [email protected].
