Monthly Report Forms (MRFs) are now completed on your club Kiwanis Engage page using the tab at the lower left titled "Monthly & Annual Reports".   The deadline for these monthly District Report Forms will always be due on the 10th of the following month, so, for example, you have until December 10th to fill out the one for November! These monthly forms enable the Indiana District to stay connected with clubs and assess the most effective way to serve them. These forms are typically filled out by the club secretary, but the club advisor(s) can fill them out as well. However, it is strongly encouraged that the club secretary and club advisor fill out the form together!

The benefit of completing your MRFs is that at the end of the year, it will compile your monthly information into your Annual Achievement Report that you can use to apply for the Distinguished Club Award.
