Chartering and Reactivation

Member Development Committee

         The Member Development Committee's mission is to aim to increase membership in the district by creating, promoting, and distributing various resources to Lieutenant Governors and clubs. The list below is what each subcommittee does to increase and retain members: 
  • District & Club Resources Subcommittee: (Penelope Jones: landoflakesLTG.kci@gmail.com)
    • Work with Lt. Gs to organize and execute officer training, and create, promote, and distribute resources for officers throughout the year.
    • Create, promote, and distribute flyers, guides, graphics, presentations, and videos for member recruitment/retention resources.
    • Successfully promote, manage, update, and maintain Indiana’s Web Store. 
  • Club Chartering &Reactivation Subcommittee: (Mahlia Scantlen: sycamorenorthLTG.kci@gmail.com)
    • Communicate with Lt. Gs on their progress with chartering and reactivating clubs. Create, promote, and distribute club chartering and reactivation resources to Lt. Gs.
  • Member Recognition: (Gabriella Alvarado: farmlandLTG.kci@gmail.com)
    • Serves to recognize a large number of dues-paid Key Club members. Non-board committee members and outstanding Key Clubbers.
