Executive Board and International Trustee

District Governor Sweet Night

Greetings Indiana District! My name is Sweet Night and I am honored to serve as the Indiana District Key Club Governor for the 2025-2026 service year! I am currently a junior attending Shortridge High School located in the Indy Metro Division in central Indiana. My journey with Key Club began in my second semester of freshman year in high school when I played an instrumental role in re-establishing a Key Club at Shortridge after years of inactivity.

Key Club International’s core values of leadership, character-building, caring, and inclusiveness developed my love for Key Club, so I started as a vice president and then served as Club president for the 2024-2025 service year. I then went on to serve on the Indiana Key Club district board as the Indy Metro Lieutenant Governor and the Kiwanis Family and Connections Committee Chair. With a growing ambition to give more opportunities for others like me to discover the limitless possibilities of Key Club, I was inspired to become the servant leader that I am today.

As the District Governor, I hope to provide more accessible opportunities for Indiana Key Clubs to be involved on the district and international levels. Furthermore, I hope to grow our district by increasing participation in district events, and by emphasizing the importance of member recruitment and retention. More than that, I am truly excited to connect with others and to lead by embodying Key Club’s core values. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions, comments, or concerns!

District Secretary Treasurer Selma Akgul

Hello Key Club Family! My name is Selma Akgul, and I’m so excited to serve as your 2025-2026 Indiana District Secretary/Treasurer. I'm currently a junior at Terre Haute South Vigo High School in the Collegiate Division, the division where I served as a Lieutenant Governor last service year. I’ve been actively involved in Key Club since my sophomore year, and my journey has been filled with meaningful experiences that shaped my leadership within service.

As your Secretary/Treasurer, I’ll be responsible for helping clubs manage their dues and reporting, and managing district finances to ensure we’re using our resources wisely to make the biggest impact. My goal this year is to make documentation more efficient and accessible, while helping clubs feel supported every step of the way, especially when it comes to understanding reports and dues deadlines, and everything in between. Key Club has truly helped me grow in every aspect, and I want to help others experience the same transformation! I can’t wait to serve you!

District Bulletin Editor Danielle Ciliberti

Hello everyone! My name is Danielle Ciliberti, and I am honored to have the privilege of serving as your Indiana District Bulletin Editor for the 2025-2026 service year. I’m currently a sophomore at Penn High School in the Explorer Division. I’ve been in Key Club since my Freshman year, and before being Bulletin Editor, I served as Vice President of my school’s Key Club chapter. Volunteering and serving through Key Club has granted me some of the most meaningful experiences I’ve had, which is why I’m ecstatic to be a part of the district level this year.

As Indiana District Bulletin Editor, I aim to get creative with how we incorporate and communicate with the District. A large part of my role constitutes district communication, so my goal is to work with chapters, Lieutenant Governors, and other Key Clubbers to provide a more streamlined experience. Moreover, this would hopefully entail getting various local volunteer organizations more connected with Key Clubs, and vice versa. So excited for the upcoming year!

District Webmaster Vicky Ayon

Hello, Indiana Key Clubbers! My name is Vicky Ayon. I am your 2025-2026 Indiana District Webmaster. As your webmaster, my duties include keeping the Instagram, TikTok, and website updated. I am a junior at Highland High School in Highland, Indiana. Last year, I served as the Lt.G of the Explorer Division on the Indiana District Board. I also served as my home club's Vice President of Club Relations. Outside of Key Club, I play violin for my high school orchestra and mariachi, participate in the Student Council and National Honor Society, and am part of my school’s yearbook committee. I am honored to be a part of the INDB one last time before I graduate. My main goal for this year is to increase the use of the Indiana Key Club website and resources.
I am always open for conversation if you have any questions, comments, or concerns! I’m so excited for this service year!
