The second Summer Leadership Conference was a smashing success! The three-day hybrid event consisted of informational yet exciting workshop sessions, inspirational keynote speakers, and guests from all over the world. Our speakers educated us on topics ranging from the value of promises made and kept to the dangers of multitasking through its correlation to lowered efficiency. We were also introduced to our new International partner- Erika’s Lighthouse- an organization devoted to mental health awareness, teen depression prevention, and suicide prevention. The Indiana District cannot wait to work closely with Erika’s Lighthouse to ensure that their reach and resources are spread to each club in Indiana.
